To have a good quality of life we need to be able to attain or maintain the strength and mobility to do the things we enjoy without pain.
Our bodyweight exercise plan is designed for you to be able to do anywhere anytime and to benefit the entire body in minimal amount of time. There are 18 different exercises you will learn and work to master throughout the month. Each week the exercises shift around to teach you how to create new workouts from your library. No one exercise will be singularly isolated to make your workouts efficient and effective.
Physical fitness is as multi-dimensional as looking at out total health and wellbeing. Like nutrition, there is no one formula. We will give you the education to understand what is needed gain and maintain your physical fitness. You will understand what different modalities of exercise target and why we need to have variety.
By the end of the month you will have the tools and knowledge to maintain a steady investment in your healthy lifestyle. Or you can then choose to continue to improve and increase the effort you put in. The choice is yours.
